Content

This 1/2 day workshop will provide delegates with the tools required to provide effective feedback and manage difficult conversations:

• Demonstrate the ability to give constructive educational feedback
• Support individuals to reflect safely on their practice and critical incidents
• Appreciate the factors that can impact on an individual’s performance
• Have increased in confidence supporting a doctor where their performance is of potential concern
• Demonstrate increased self-awareness and understanding, from learning and feedback received, which will enable you to communicate with greater clarity and assertiveness

Who should attend

This course has been designed for supervisors who are required to provide feedback and support individuals through difficult conversations. Delegates will leave with an increased confidence and ability to provide feedback and support difficult conversations.
