Content

This 1/2 day workshop will provide delegates with the tools to support trainees returning to the workforce by being able to:

• Effectively support a trainee returning to training after a period of prolonged absence

• Demonstrate knowledge of and familiarity with the process to support transition to less than full time training (LTFT)

• Better understand the challenges and benefits for doctors working LTFT

• Formulate useful learning objectives and work schedules for doctors working LTFT and those returning to work after a period of significant absence

 

Who should attend

This course has been designed for supervisors who are looking at supporting trainees returning to work or training less than full time. Delegates will leave with the knowledge required to actively support trainees returning after a period of absence.
