Content
This 1/2 day workshop will help delegates explore, discuss and contribute to the design of a practical, usable and acceptable method to evaluate and assess the Professional and Generic skills demonstrated by your trainees during their specialty training by:
- Raising awareness of the framework
- Exploring language and presentation of the competencies (notably ‘Leadership’)
- Capturing current practice
- Understanding of the Professional & Generic Skills Programme
Who should attend
This course has been designed for Supervisors as well as Training Programme Directors and Heads of School who are looking developing their own knowledge on the Professional Capabilities Framework. Delegates will leave with the knowledge and skills needed to support their PG DiT.
