Please check your spam or junk folders in case the code has arrived in there. Look out for an email from no-reply@tis-selfservice.nhs.uk If you still get no code please contact TIS Support |

I have lost/changed my mobile number how do I update authenicator app |
If you have lost or changed mobile device then you will need to verify your ID before we can reset your MFA authenticator. Please contact your local office or TIS Support. |

Making changes to your account
I want to change my MFA |
You can change your MFA yourself on your TIS Self Service account under the top tab MFA |
I want to change my email address before I sign up on TIS Self Service |
If you have not yet signed up an account on TIS Self Service then please contact your local office and ask them to update your new email address. Once this has been update for you, you can then sign up on TIS Self Service via new email address. Please note you are required to verify your ID to change email address. |

If you already have signed up account on TIS Self Service and want to login with a new email address then please contact TIS support via TIS Self Service. Please note you are required to verify your ID to change email address. |
