Overview:

Our learning environment, relationships with our peers and teachers and the feelings of inclusion and belonging are key for achieving one’s full potential. These are some of the key principles found to influence and address the differential attainment gap that exists. Facilitating challenging conversations with trainees about their progress is frequently cited as a key issue of difficulty, but feedback is the most powerful single modification that enhances achievement. This workshop aims explore these challenges and offer some solutions.
