- Use inflection, volume and pace in verbal communication
- Use questions to create differential diagnosis
- Be a more proactive listener throughout the conversation
- Be more confident when communicating with a wide range of colleagues and patients
- Use techniques to show empathy to patients
- Leave with an Action Plan for your professional development in this skills area
The event is a pilot, aimed at Trainees, New Consultants or General Practitioners and staff linked with Postgraduate Medical Education.
