Aims and Objectives
Describe the expectations of Educational & Clinical Supervisors by both Trust and Programme Directors
Understand the value of trainee assessments and giving constructive feedback
Describe the ARCP process, documents used and the requirements for Trainee Revalidation
Be able to support trainees with performance & career planning
Context
Inform recent changes in structure, expectations and documentation. Discuss challenges encountered and consider ways of creating a supportive learning environment
