Objectives
- Understand the purpose & process of appraisal and revalidation
- Plan a way in which your appraisal can occur painlessly and for your own gain
- Know what is suitable evidence to collect in your portfolio in each required domain, including the value of 360.
- Appreciate the value of recording reflections to confirm learning and identify further development needs
- Construct a useful PDP which helps you to achieve your professional development targets
