Regional Teaching Day - Quality Improvement Projects

Location: Great Western Hospital, Marlborough Road, Swindon SN3 6BB
There will be three trainee-oriented sessions with the following headings for those at different stages of QIPs Everyone will be able to contribute and share their experience or problem-solving skills:
- Blue Sky ideas- for those who are thinking about starting QIPs and have initial ideas. Presentations of 5 minutes around the idea followed by brainstorming from the group as to how to get the idea off the ground and proceed. If you are in the very early stages/haven't started yet, please get involved here.
- QIPS in progress- 5 minute presentations around how your QIP is progressing any hurdles you would like the group to tackle and ideas for improving the project.
- Completed QIPS. 5 minute presentations of completed QIPs. They don't necessarily need to have ben signed off at the QIAT Panel yet!
