- Colonel Mark Cook OBE, who was the Commander of the British Contingent of the United Nations Protection Force in Croatia, when he helped rebuild a local orphanage. He is a founder of the charity ‘Hope and Homes for Children’, which works together with children, their families, communities, professionals, NGOs and governments across Central and Eastern Europe and Africa to help displaced children find a home.
