Biography: Dr Tim M Williams

Is Clinical Director of specialist drug and alcohol services in for AWP NHS Trust in the South West. He is an Honaray Senior Clinical Lecturer at the University of Bristol. He is involved in many clincial and research interests including alcohol use, new psychoactive substances, and neuroimaging.

He is a memeber of the Independent Scientfic Committee on Drugs and recently project Neptune looking at harms from emerging new psychoactive substances. He has written three risk assessment documents for the Advisory Council for the Misuse of Drugs and can be regualrly found on various media outlets.
