Objectives
- To raise awareness about the influence of culture on attitudes towards learning, performance, and continuing professional development
- To consider cultural dimensions in managing the educational and supervisory relationship
Outcomes
At the conclusion of the Workshop we anticipate participants will:
- Have more understanding of how culture can influence perceptions of learning and professional development
- Begin to consider how that understanding is translated into working practice where there are concerns about performance
