Overview:

This new interactive workshop looks at four aspects of trust, the importance of self-awareness around trust and how we enable trust to build in teams. We also look at what gets in the way of trust.

Content:

  1. To clarify what is trust / distrust (based on Charles Feltman’s work)
  2. Starting with looking at self trust
  3. Thinking about how we show up in the trust space
  4. Then building on mutual trust and what gets in the way - Looking at friends and enemies of trust
  5. Understanding of trust as foundation of good team functioning (Lencioni pyramid)
  6. Looking at how trust is foundational in psychological safety and team functioning

Audience:

C1, C2, ST1, ST2, ST3, ST4, ST5, ST6+, IMT1, IMT2, IMT3, Public Health Consultant, or Public Health Trainee

Course Length:

This is a half day course, starting at 09:30 and finishing at 12:30.
